The practice is available Monday - Friday from 8.00 am to 6.30pm to respond to urgent cases. If your matter is urgent, please do not use the online consultation services. Instead, please contact the practice in person or by telephone. If you have urgent issues outside these times, please call 111.

We are closed at weekends and on all statutory holidays Appointment times will be discussed between patient & clinician after triage.
The practice is closed for staff training on the second Wednesday of every month, during these days the practice will close at 13:00 PM and will re-open the following day at 08:00 AM at Winterton Surgery and at 09:00 AM at Burton Surgery
